Our History
Sushi Central began with a bold vision in 2018, launching its first location in Guadalajara, Mexico. Fueled by a love for innovation and an obsession with quality, we set out to redefine the sushi experience—elevated flavors, refined spaces, and exceptional service that never feels out of reach. What started as one neighborhood spot quickly grew into a nationally recognized brand with 12 locations across Mexico.
Today, we’re bringing that same energy and passion to Texas with our first U.S. restaurant in The Woodlands. Houston, get ready for sushi like you’ve never had it.
